My education….

began in June, 2000, at Citrus Heights Beauty College. By the end of that year I was tested and became licensed and ready to start my practice. Since then I have attended numerous advanced education classes:

The Dermal Institute: Effective Skin Analysis; Hormones, Menopause and the Skin; Hydroxy Acids and Exfoliation Techniques; Sun Damage and Aging Skin; Treating Rosacea and Sensitized Skin; and Chinese Acupressure

Glymed Institute: Advanced Skin Rejuvenation; Acne Management; Advanced Peel Class; and Innovative Product Technology for Retail and Professional.

Training and Education for: Glo Therapeutics and Glo Professional for Advanced Skin Care Therapies, including classes in their Glo Mineral Make-up Line.

Before transitioning into skin care, I was a licensed real estate agent working in sales and marketing for several years. Because my children were very young, I decided to shift into a ‘support system’ for other realtors and was content with that position for many more years. The juncture of these varied activities of working with other agents and their clients taught me the true meaning of ‘customer service’. Now and for the past 10 years of serving my own clientele, I realize how fortunate I am to be part of an industry that is so important and beneficial on so many levels to the well being of others. I acknowledge this path as being a portion of my life's greatest joy. Learning my client's desires and needs is challenging and keeps me on my toes!
